We want you to be completely satisfied with your Flattered purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure products are returned in their original packaging to guarantee a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Flattered shoebox and secure them inside the shipping box, ensuring all original tags are attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized collection point and keep your receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
